On September 26, 2024, the Heilongjiang Province Development Zone High - quality Development Ability- Enhancement Training, organized by the Heilongjiang Province Development Zone Association, was held in Harbin. The Green Partnership of Industrial Parks in China(GPIPC) undertook this activity and organized experts to conduct training on special topics such as the application for the "Two-Importance" and "Two-novelty" funds of Heilongjiang Province's development zones, investment attraction under the new situation, and the path of green and low - carbon development. More than 140 people from over 70 development zones across the province participated in the training.
