Empowering High-Quality Development in Industrial Parks Through Green Development Information Services
In 2023, GPIPC organized 78 national, international and local events, inviting representatives from 13 provinces and 8 countries, 425 parks and 3,018 enterprises to participate, with a total of 21,700 people involved.
GPIPC WeChat Offical Account has released 480 pieces of information, including more than 100 park cases. GPIPC independently developed products, including the Carbon Footprint Platform, Regional Carbon Energy Platform, Corporate Carbon Accounting Platform, and Carbon-Inclusive Mini Programs, collectively cover nearly 300 industrial parks, over 1800 enterprises, and have benefited around 150,000 individuals. These initiatives contribute to promoting green production and sustainable lifestyles.

Contributing to the Dual Carbon Intelligence of Industrial Parks through Research Services on Green Operation Mechanisms
GPIPC actively participates in national, regional, and international-level research projects, having engaged in approximately 100 projects related to green development and carbon peak in industrial parks. In 2023, GPIPC was invited to attend more than 30 domestic and international forums and conferences on green sustainable development. Collaborating with research institutions such as Research Center for Eco-Environmental Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences, GPIPC co-released T/ESC 001-2023 Guidelines for Carbon Dioxide Emission Accounting and Reporting in Industrial Parks.

Green and Clean Industry Technological Innovation Services to Facilitate Low-Carbon Transformation in Industrial Parks
In 2023, GPIPC completed the "Second GIC Green Technology Innovation Competition", collected more than 200 projects and started the collection of the third competition; Under the guidance of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, companies listed in the National Key Promoted Low-Carbon Technology Catalog (Fourth Batch) were invited to visit industrial parks in Shandong and Jiangxi provinces; Together with the embassies and business associations of France, Finland, Sweden, Japan, the United States and other countries, GPIPC organized foreign green technologies into parks in Tianjin, Jiangsu, Hebei and other provinces. Established partnerships with eight leading foreign enterprises in the industry, including Honeywell, Veolia, Hitachi, and Velux. The goal of these collaborations is to promote the implementation of green and clean technologies through targeted project initiatives.Through the above activities, more than 400 domestic and foreign clean technology projects were collected, resulting in financing needs of more than 5 billion yuan.

Facilitating High-Level Opening Worldwide in Industrial Parks through Green International Cooperation and Exchange Services
In 2023, GPIPC cooperated with more than 50 international institutions from 21 countries, organized two visits to Japan-South Korea and Europe, and promote international cooperation and exchanges in green and low-carbon fields for 230 national economic&technological development zones and 87 international cooperation parks across China. During the 23rd China International Fair for Investment & Trade (CIFIT), GPIPC hosted the state-level International Cooperation Park Matchmaking Meeting sponsored by the Foreign Investment Department of the Ministry of Commerce, and promoted the signing of three international cooperation channels with the international cooperation Parks. In addition, GPIPC assisted the Hunan Provincial Department of Commerce to hold the "2023 International Cooperation Park Work Exchange Meeting in six Central Provinces" to further help the central provinces to carry out the construction of international cooperation parks.
In early 2023, the Global Alliance of Special Economic Zones (GASEZ) officially launched the evaluation of global sustainable development demonstration zones. As one of the initiators of GASEZ, GPIPC actively organized and successfully recommended Suzhou Industrial Park, Guangzhou Development Zone and Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone , which are final to be selected.
