On the morning of November 30th, with the support of the Lankao Economic and Technological Development Zone, organized by GPIPC Zhengzhou Center, the Symposium of carbon accounting training of Lankao Economic and Development Zone Park was successfully held. The Management Committee of Lankao Economic and Technological Development Zone and representatives of 16 key enterprises of Lankao ETDZ attended the meeting online.

The meeting elaborated on the pressure the park and enterprises faced under the background of "dual carbon". Enterprises, in particular, must raise their awareness of green development, energy conservation, and emission reduction to counter the pressure of inclusion in the national carbon trading market, carbon tax from the EU for export, and the pressure from the upstream and downstream industrial chain. They must stimulate their autonomy and enthusiasm to develop in a green and low-carbon way, and help the park achieve dual-carbon targets, green and quality development.

In addition, the free carbon accounting platform accounts were prepared for the management committee and representatives of enterprises. And the usage of the platform was introduced in detail during the sympsium. Independently developed by GPIPC, this platform is a SaaS platform that adopts micro-service design, builds one-stop carbon emission accounting of industrial park, meets the carbon emission requirements of local governments at all levels. It enables the park to achieve refined, digital and intelligent carbon emission management.
