On 20-21 October, the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) held an expert seminar on "Green Hydrogen Energy in Developing and Transition Countries" to discuss the application of green hydrogen energy in industrial clusters, parks and hydrogen energy valleys. Chen An, Technical Director of the Green Partnership of Industrial Parks in China (GPIPC), was invited to share an overview of industrial parks in China as the only Chinese expert and made a presentation on the Guangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone International Hydrogen Energy Application Industrial Park and the Bay Area Hydrogen Valley Industrial Park. Representatives from more than ten countries, including Denmark, the UK and Italy, were also invited to participate.
This expert seminar is an important part of UNIDO's "Global Project on Hydrogen Energy Application", which aims to learn from experts from different countries about the design and management experience of the green hydrogen energy application model to promote further and optimise the UNIDO green hydrogen energy cluster model and to provide reference for the application in developing countries and countries in transition.
