Suzhou Industrial Park(SIP) was established with the approval of the State Council in February 1994,  ranking as the highest among all the  industrial parks in China with its comprehensive development. Since 2019, SIP has created an inclusive examination and approval system for the filing of PV projects with "tolerant accession and strict management", which has effectively reduced the operating costs of enterprises and improved the return on investment for the past 3 years. At the same time, PV projects can be designed and constructed simutanously as part of buildings, sites and facilities for integrated construction. The system will better serve enterprises with good reputation through commitment mechanism, credit review and follow-up supervision.
