01 Incentive policy for technology transfer 

1. Key industrial technology innovation projects

Range: Launch the forward-looking technologies and R&D and industrialization of common key technologies, focusing to the area of key industrial fields like optoelectronics, semiconductor, small nucleic acid, biomedicine and intelligent manufacturing. 

Method: Support the project by one-time payment or installment payment, with no more than RMB 500,000 to each project.

2. Overseas cooperation technology projects 

Range A: Key technology cooperation

Support eligible enterprises to expose to the nations and regions with high capability of technology innovation in the world. Launch transnational joint R&D or technology transfer and give priority to projects with industrialization prospects by focusing on the industrial innovation and demands for the development of strategic emerging industries.

Range B: Technology cooperation with Taiwan

Support eligible enterprises with domestic investments cooperate with Taiwan’s colleges, universities, enterprises, or R&D institutions to start development of leading edge technology and key technology of industrial application; support eligible enterprises with Taiwan’s investments cooperate with local colleges, universities, enterprises, or R&D institutions to start development of leading edge technology and key technology of industrial application.

Method: Support the projects of technology cooperation with key nations and Taiwan by one-time payment, with no more than RMB 300,000.

3. Angel's project

Range : Support incubators and innovation spaces at all levels that hold entrepreneurial passion, have certain R & D capabilities, master relevant technologies and intellectual property rights, and have already started the project in Kunshan.  Mainly support the key industrial fields like optoelectronics, semiconductor, small nucleic acid, biomedicine and intelligent manufacturing. 

Method :

① Offer innovation subsidy for teams’ salaries and renting with RMB 50,000 to 100,000.

② According to the investment situation, we offer innovation subsidy for R&D with RMB 100,000 to 200,000.

③ Give the priority to talent plan at all levels for projects with good records under the same apply requirements.

02 Elevate enterprises’R&D and innovation ability 

1. High tech enterprise cultivation

Reward RMB 100,000 to the high tech enterprises

Reward enterprises that listed in the high tech training base with the maximum of RMB 200,000 in the three years. The first year reward RMB 50,000 and 150,000 for the last year.

03 Enhance the intellectual property protection

1. Patent Award

RMB 500,000 for China Patent Gold Award, RMB 200,000 for Excellent Award.

RMB 200,000 for Provincial Patent Gold Award, RMB 100,000 for Excellent Award, RMB 100,000 for Excellent Inventor.

For high tech enterprises that pass the national and provincial acceptance of intellectual property standards, we reward RMB 80,000 and 30,000 respectively.

Enterprises with the reputations of national intellectual property demonstration enterprises or good enterprises, we reward RMB 500,000 and 200,000 respectively.

2. Subsidy of patent application

Range :Support enterprises and government-affiliated institutions apply patents at home and abroad.

Method : Offer 50% subsidy of relevant cost in dispute cases. Relevant cost include lawyer fee or agent fee, legal costs, notarization fee, and file-search fee. Offer to single personnel annually with the maximum of RMB 500,000.
