1. A one-time reward of RMB 300,000 for Mountain Goats and 500,000 for leading enterprises.

*Mountain Goats: Small and medium-sized enterprises that enter the high-growth stage with the support of technological innovation or business model innovation. 

2. Reward the newly recognized national high-tech enterprises with a maximum of RMB 500,000 .

3. Reward the re identified national high-tech enterprises with a maximum of RMB 100,000.

4. Reward newly established national engineering (technology) center and other R&D institutions with a maximum of RMB 2,000,000.

5. Reward newly established municipal engineering (technology) center and other R&D institutions with a maximum of RMB 500,000.

6. Reward 100% subsidy to enterprises who is the winner of National Science& Technology and the first prize of Tianjin Science& Technology.

7. Reward each authorized invention patent RMB 8,000.

8. Reward RMB 12,000 to PCT foreign patent application, RMB 20,000 to authorized foreign patent.

9. Support enterprises to be listed in domestic and abroad capital markets and an one-time award of RMB 2,000,000to IPO enterprises in Shanghai/Shenzhen/abroad besides enjoying the support policies of Tianjin and Binhai New Area.

10. Biopharmaceutical health enterprises can enjoy the maximum rent support of RMB 1.5 million.

11. Reward new medicine or clinical trials of medical devices with a maximum of RMB 4,500,000.

12. Reward enterprises who obtain the new drug certificate and production approval/ medical device registration certificate and production license with a maximum of RMB 2,000,000.

13. Reward RMB 10,000,000 to enterprises who identified as Unicorn Companies. Reward RMB 10,000,000 to Unicorn Companies whose headquarters are registered in Binhai New Area.

14. No more than 10% of R & D investment in the previous year will be awarded to key companies in AI/Biomedicine/new energy, new material/Aerospace/High end equipment and other field. 

15. Support enterprises to carry out core technology research, and give a financial subsidy of RMB 1 million for the identified "killer mace" products.

16. Support companies to identify municipal leading companies of technology and leading cultivation companies, and reward RMB 5 million and 3 million respectively for major innovation projects implemented by companies.

17. Reward companies who introduce newly national key laboratory, national technology innovation center, national industrial innovation center, and national manufacturing innovation center with a maximum of RMB 15,000,000.

18. Give a maximum of  RMB 5,000,000 every year to identified municipal technology innovation center (continue supporting three years).  Give a maximum of RMB 1,000,000 to identified municipal company key laboratories.
